300th Post Giveaway!

Last Tuesday, I hit my four year Etsy-versary. But I wasn’t quite ready for a giveaway so I put it off until I reached my 300th post here on my blog. Which just so happens to be this post, today.
This one will be a surprise grab bag sort of giveaway. I’ll fill an envelope or box with all sorts of goodies—both Liesl Made and craft/sewing supplies. I’ve included a photo with some sneak peeks at what I’ve gathered up so far. Think pink kitchen goodness, ribbons, French embroidery floss, coasters and more. Maybe I’ll even throw in an apron! Oh, it’ll be good. I’m going to dig through my fabrics today.
So what do you have to do to get this crafty package? Simply tell me what book, movie or music you’re digging right now. Or what your favorite all time song or album, film or book is.

Now that the Sew Mama Sew Official Giveaway Day excitement is over, things can get back to their normal routine. I have some interesting things to share and the Craft Fair Recap, of course. Up for grabs this SMS Giveaway Day is an original Liesl Made Butcher’s Apron. It’s made from Amy Butler’s Sunrise Seafoam from her August Fields line. Ties at the waist can be tied in either the back or wrap around the front. Two pockets on the front. Machine wash and hang to dry. One size fits most. (For reference, I’m 6′ and about a US size 8/10)

22″ neck strap
28″ at the waist with two 36″ waist strings

Simple Small Hobo Giveaway

I was going through my stock and I realized I still have this purse. I made it quite a while ago but never listed it in the shop. It features a golden paisley cotton fabric and yellow cotton lining. There is an elastic and fair trade bamboo toggle closure. Inside zipper pocket. Measures about 9″ tall by 12″ wide by 2″ deep with a 21″ strap.

I’m currently working on a much larger version for the shop. But I decided to give this away to one of you dear readers so it can hopefully have a good life on someone’s shoulder, as opposed to a hanger in the closet. You’ll also have to love it despite it’s minor imperfections.
